Free shipping will be applied if your order is over $45.


All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Queensland's beautiful Gold Coast. Orders are sent via either Australia Post or by courier depending on your delivery address and order size.

Under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched the next working day. During sale or holiday periods dispatch may take longer.

Please allow 2-10 days for delivery. This is a wide range because of transit times to WA, NT and TAS. If you are in QLD, NSW, ACT or SA then it is likely that your order will only take a few days.

If you would like to pay extra for express delivery please give us a call before placing your order.


We are happy to refund or exchange any item that has a manufacturing fault or is damaged in transit as long as you bring this to our attention within 30 days of shipment. 

We will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to the high cost of shipping and our desire to always provide our customers with a brand new bag we are unable to offer exchange or refund in the event that you simply change your mind.

If your order was incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us by email and we'll tell you how to send it back to us.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Online purchases from this store cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products, and vice versa. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
