By clicking on the 'Add to cart' button, your selection will be placed into your shopping cart, which you may view at any time.

 

Additionally, you can increase or decrease quantities, empty your cart, remove individual items or proceed to the Checkout area once happy with your selections.

Please note that Envirosax cannot be held responsible if you advise an incorrect or incomplete mailing address.

 

All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post (Parcel Post) and overseas orders are sent via Australia Post airmail within 10 working days of your order being placed.

 

 

 

Online ordering is via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card to your account. We accept Bankcard, Visa and Visa Debit Card plus Mastercard. Please feel confident in using our secure online ordering system which is fully encrypted and protected against fraudulent activities so that you are protected at all times. No financial details are retained by us following completion of the transaction.

 

It is possible to place an order by post by including a money order for payment. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your order from the Checkout section when you select Money Order as your choice of payment and post it with your money order to:

Please also ensure that you include your daytime phone number and email address so that a customer service representative may contact you if an item has become unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item.

 

Additionally, direct credits to our Bank account via Internet banking are also acceptable. Our account details appear in the Checkout section when you opt for Direct Credit payment.

 

Please note that should we have not received your direct credit or money order 14 days from the date of your order, we will accept that your order is no longer required and will cancel your order accordingly.

 

 

 

All prices quoted on our website include Australian GST.

 

 

 

We are happy to refund or exchange any item provided that it is returned within 7 days of the day of receipt in EXACTLY the same condition as it was despatched. Please note that the cost of the item is refunded, not postage and packaging. Any items that have been visibly damaged with the exception of 'in transit' damage cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Any items damaged by Australia Post will be replaced, though the damaged item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receipt and the applicable Australia Post damaged item form must be completed. All items returned are at your expense. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning any items.

 

 

 

We are happy to accept any overseas orders though we are unable to ship to all countries. Should your country be on our restricted country list, we will email you immediately. For all overseas orders, please ensure you tick the 'Not an Australian Resident' box in the check out stage of shopping. Postage and Packing costs for all items posted through Australia Post via Standard Air Mail will then be calculated using the following table. This amount will replace the 'Refer Ordering Info' shown on your confirmation email and added to the total amount of your order.

 

 

For some overseas orders, you may be required to supply us with additional identification via facsimile prior to us being able to complete your order.

 

All overseas orders must be paid for by credit card only.  We do not accept any other methods of payment for overseas orders. Please note: All amounts shown are in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS ONLY (AUD)
